Real estate is our main focus, since we are strong believers in perpetual demand for quality real estate assets, especially currently with the increased demand for energy-efficient real estate. Bering in mind the current and foreseen economic situation with energy consumption and availability, we are also looking favourably at opportunistic deals in the green energy sector.
